Group Business Control monitors the operational financial performance, provides business insight, and steer the business towards the company targets and overall strategy. We seek for business trends and provides analysis to Group Management, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. The Group Business Control sets the scope for the Group’s financial follow-up, sets KPI targets and continuously improve and modify the financial reports to support business decision making.
Your main activities & responsibilities
Monthly and quarterly closing financial performance analysis
Coordination of the budget & forecast processes, in close collaboration with divisional CFO’s and controllers to secure consistency and quality
Group Management and Board financial presentations
Follow-ups with divisions for comments and explanations
Analyse and seek for trends in the reported numbers
Validate information, secure data quality, and summarize report packages
Collaborate and build close relationship with divisions, CFO, Investor Relations, and Group Accounting
Participate in Group wide projects

Experience & Education
A proven track record of controlling and financial analysis in an international context
At least 3 years’ experience from business controlling, preferably on group level
Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Experience from a manufacturing company is a great advantage
Personality & Skills
Great analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of business understanding
The ability to handle large and complex data and an interest in BI and digitization
High integrity and not afraid to challenge the organization
A team player who values working in collaboration with others
An effective and pedagogical communicator with great networking skills
