We are looking for a dedicated HR Professional with outstanding HR management skills who has a pro-active interest in employment law and HR process optimisation. If you also have experience of managing people and being part of a management team - this may be the role for you!

The role is based in Malmö, Sweden. As Country HR Manager, you are responsible for three different production facilities in Sweden (Malmö, Hällekis & Uddevalla), and the Nordic head office in Mölndal. In this role travelling is required to other Swedish sites and occasionally abroad.

Tasks and responsibilities:

The Country HR Manager is the primary contact for advise to line management in all personnel related and leadership topics, and is a member of the site managements teams. 

Here you are entering a truly broad role, taking lead in strategic and operational HR processes and working closely with our managers and employees to provide a trustful and professional collaboration.  

  • You are highly engaged in areas such as performance management, salary reviews, negotiations and polices and legislations.  
  • You develop and maintain a consultative and functioning collaboration with the unions and local work council/ employee representation to assure the required involvement.
  • You take part a variety of HR processes, succession planning and departmental resourcing including coordination of all aspects of internal and external recruitment. 

Experience and qualifications

We are looking for an energetic individual with several years of experience working across the HR disciplines both operationally and strategically. As a person you are driven and analytical, with excellent personal skills enabling you to build solid relationships with stakeholders across our European organisation.

You will report directly to our Country HR Manager UK/Ireland/Nordics, and you will work closely with both the HR team in UK and our regional Centres of Excellence to support the global processes and framework for talent management, compensation & benefit and culture & engagement.

You have a Bachelor of HR or similar academic education and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. You are fluent in Swedish and English both orally and written, the role requires that you have business English at a very good level and understanding of documentation requirements.
